This 28 Day Challenge is a 28 Day HOME/GYM BASED, online training program that is adjusted for all fitness levels. As well as being a written plan, each workout listed has a video demonstration linked to it for those who may need visual representation. It includes a nutrition guide that teaches you how to set a calorie deficit, a macro calculator, a grocery list, a meal plan outline, a strict meal plan, and a plethora of recipies that are easy to make and even easier to love. The link to the support group will be emailed to you shortly after purchasing as well as a digital file that outlines the rules of the challenge.
