This 28 day online training program can be in the GYM or from HOME and is adjustable for all fitness levels. As well as being a digital plan, accessible from all devices, each workout listed has a video demonstration linked to it for those who may need visual representation. It includes a nutrition guide that teaches you how to set a calorie deficit, a macro calculator, a grocery list, a meal plan outline, a strict meal plan, and a plethora of recipes that are easy to make and even easier to love!
The link to the support group will be emailed to you shortly after purchasing as well as a digital file that outlines the rules of the challenge. Access to workouts only lasts until the end of the challenge but the nutrition guide is yours to keep! I'm excited to see what this challenge can do for you! 

 

MINIMAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

*Modifications will be provided as needed*

-Pair of Dumbbells (2) Light for Upper + (1-2) Heavier for lower

-Booty Bands (light, medium, &/or heavy resistance)

-Ankle weights

-Jump rope

-Workout/Yoga type mat for comfort

-At least 5x5 feet of clear space for workouts

 

***Even if you do not have all recommended pieces of equipment, you will still be able to modify the workouts as needed & have EFFECTIVE INTENSE WORKOUTS.
